These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and yamanwin ("yamanwin," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the yamanwin online gaming platform available at yamanwin.one, including all associated games, services, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the yamanwin Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by yamanwin, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. • You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of yamanwin, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not accessing the Platform on behalf of any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded from the yamanwin Platform or had an account terminated for cause.

yamanwin employs age verification procedures during the registration process and may conduct additional verification checks at any point during your use of the Platform. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification requests and to provide accurate, current, and complete documentation as requested.

To access the full range of yamanwin's gaming services, you must register for a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, mobile number, and a valid email address.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) yamanwin account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual – whether under the same or different names, contact details, or payment methods – is strictly prohibited. yamanwin uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, yamanwin reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held within them.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform remains accurate and up to date. You must notify yamanwin promptly of any changes to your registered details by updating your account profile or contacting customer support.

yamanwin reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your yamanwin account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

yamanwin strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP on your yamanwin account;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
• Never save your yamanwin password on a shared or public device;
• Notify yamanwin immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

yamanwin will not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your yamanwin account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified yamanwin of a security breach prior to such activity occurring.

yamanwin accepts deposits from players in the Philippines via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. yamanwin does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources – all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your yamanwin account balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating financial institution.

All deposits are made in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). yamanwin does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are not derived from any illegal activity and that you are the rightful owner of the payment account used.

yamanwin reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large deposits and to request supporting documentation regarding the source of funds where required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

Players may request withdrawals of their available account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.

yamanwin targets the following processing timeframes for withdrawal requests:

• GCash: Typically within 15 minutes of approval;
• PayMaya: Typically within 30 minutes of approval;
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank: Within the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST); next business day for requests submitted after 3:00 PM PST.

Before processing a withdrawal, yamanwin may require you to complete identity verification by submitting a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license) and proof of address. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure and applies to all players above certain withdrawal thresholds.

yamanwin reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where additional verification is required. In such cases, yamanwin will notify the player and request any necessary documentation.

yamanwin offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all yamanwin promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to players who have a verified yamanwin account in good standing;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless otherwise stated;
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• Bonuses have an expiry period, after which unclaimed or unwagered bonus funds will be removed from the account;
• yamanwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on yamanwin's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative. yamanwin's decision on any disputed game outcome is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yamanwin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing yamanwin staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

yamanwin cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in the Philippines and will report any suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

yamanwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

yamanwin provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session;
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the yamanwin Platform.

All content on the yamanwin Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of yamanwin or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from yamanwin;
• Use any yamanwin trademarks, logos, or brand elements without authorization;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of yamanwin's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by yamanwin.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yamanwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

yamanwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your yamanwin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude yamanwin's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

yamanwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your yamanwin account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

yamanwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, yamanwin will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the yamanwin Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. yamanwin recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the yamanwin Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

yamanwin operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
